Farmhouse CrossFit

CrossFit and Performance Lab

show up and you’ll see results

By now most people have either heard of CrossFit or know someone who does CrossFit, but why has the “WOD” methodology become so popular? Because it works.

Farmhouse is an affiliated CrossFit gym that utilizes a holistic approach to working out. We build capacity in the ten recognized aspects of fitness – cardio respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, power, flexibility, speed, agility, coordination, balance, and accuracy.

At Farmhouse CrossFit, we provide measurable results that are sustainable over a lifetime. Our training gives athletes the tools they need to live a naturally active lifestyle. Plus it’s fun.

All that’s required from you is that you show up.

• Constantly varied means you will rarely do the same workout twice. By switching up the workout, you keep the body and your muscles guessing eliminating plateaus common at traditional gyms.

• We use Functional movements that prepare you for day-to-day obstacles, using movements that mirror real life – running, jumping, throwing, squatting, pulling, and pushing.

• And we do this at a High intensity. Performing vigorous exercise in a timed-fashion is the most effective way to positively change your endurance capacity, peak your performance and modify your body composition.
